Terms of Service

Effective November 1, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Soxgrow Limited (“we”, “us”), which provides Doqet (the “Service”). By creating an account, joining a workspace or otherwise using the Service, you agree to them. If you use the Service for an organization, you confirm that you may accept these terms for it, and “you” includes that organization.

1. The Service

Doqet receives events that your systems send, applies the rules you configure and delivers notifications to the destinations you choose, such as your own webhooks, team chat tools and the workspace inbox. We host the web console and the API.

Delivery is at-least-once. A notification can arrive more than once, can arrive late, and can fail if a destination stays unavailable or the notification expires. You are responsible for configuring your sources, rules and destinations, and for handling repeated notifications at your receivers.

The Service isn’t designed for emergency, life-safety or other uses where a missed or delayed notification could cause injury or serious harm. Don’t rely on it for those uses.

2. Accounts and workspaces

You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email address, so keep that mailbox secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your email address accurate. You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Service.

Each workspace has one owner, and its members have roles. The owner manages members, the plan and billing, and can transfer ownership to another member. The owner is responsible for whom they give access to.

Source tokens and destination credentials are secrets. Keep them safe, and rotate them if you think they have been exposed.

3. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • break the law, or infringe anyone’s intellectual property or privacy;
  • send spam, or use the Service to message people who haven’t agreed to receive those messages;
  • send malware, or use the Service to distribute content meant to harm people or systems;
  • point a destination at systems you aren’t allowed to send requests to;
  • try to get around plan limits, access controls or security measures, or reach another workspace’s data;
  • overload, disrupt or reverse engineer the Service, except where the law allows it;
  • resell the Service or offer it to others without our written permission.

We may remove content or limit access where we reasonably believe these rules have been broken.

4. Your content

You keep all rights to the events, rules, configuration and other content you add (“your content”). You allow us to host, copy, process and transmit your content only as needed to provide, secure and support the Service, which includes sending it to the destinations you configure. We don’t sell your content or use it for advertising.

Once we deliver a notification to a destination you chose, including a third-party service, that service’s own terms govern how it is handled there.

You confirm that you have the right to send your content through the Service and that it doesn’t break these terms. If it includes personal data about other people, you are responsible for having a lawful basis to process it.

6. Plan limits

Each plan has limits, such as how many events a workspace can send. The pricing page and the workspace’s usage settings show the current limits. When a workspace reaches a limit, the Service can reject new events until usage falls or the plan changes.

Moving to a plan with lower limits doesn’t delete anything by itself: the lower limits apply to new activity, and the workspace’s retention setting keeps applying to existing data.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account or a workspace that breaks these terms, that puts the Service, other customers or anyone else at risk, or where the law requires it. Where it is reasonable, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.

You can stop using the Service at any time. You can delete a workspace you own, or your account, in the console, or contact us.

8. Exporting and deleting your content

Events, deliveries and related records are deleted automatically once they pass the workspace’s retention period. That period is 30 days by default, and the workspace owner can change it.

To receive a copy of your workspace data, email support@doqet.app. You can delete a workspace you own, or your account, in the console under Settings → General → Danger zone, or by emailing us. We complete a deletion within 30 days, after verifying any request made by email with the account holder or the workspace owner, except for records the law requires us to keep, such as billing records.

9. Availability and changes to the Service

We work to keep the Service available and secure, but we don’t promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we don’t offer a service level agreement.

We may change, add or remove features. If we stop offering the Service, we will give at least 30 days’ notice on our website so you can export your content.

10. Disclaimers

To the extent the law allows, and except as these terms state, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose. We don’t control third-party destinations and aren’t responsible for whether they accept or act on a notification.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim arose, or US$100 if you paid nothing in that time.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn’t allow to be limited.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will publish the new version on this page with a new effective date. We will publish a material change at least 30 days before it takes effect. If you keep using the Service after a change takes effect, you accept the updated terms; if you don’t agree, stop using the Service and cancel any subscription.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them, unless the law of your country gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.

These terms are written in English. Any translation is for convenience only, and the English version governs if the two differ.
