Refund Policy
Effective November 1, 2026
This policy explains how refunds work for paid Doqet plans, which Soxgrow Limited (“we”, “us”) provides. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. No refunds
Payments are not refunded, including for partly used billing periods and for periods in which a workspace didn’t use the Service, except where the law requires a refund.
2. Cancelling
The workspace owner can cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. The workspace keeps its plan until then, and no further payment is taken.
3. Your rights under the law
Nothing in this policy limits a right to a refund that the law of your country gives you and that an agreement can’t remove.
4. If a charge looks wrong
Email support@doqet.app with the workspace name and the date of the charge. We will look into it and tell you the outcome.
